Another work in progress.

This life-sized piece involves the use of tupelo, holly, and white cedar woods. It captures the dignity and majesty of this bird. Multiple more feather inserts are planned. It is a greatly modified class bird ala Keith Mueller.

This little commissioned piece is now ready for painting. A quarter is seen for scale. Each bird is approximately 3 inches long.

This life-sized North-American Screech Owl shows the surprised little hunter as it is found in daylight.

It and the tree have been carved of tupelo. It will be painted in the gray phase.
